What to have ready
- What the project is, in a sentence
- Roughly when the property was built, or whether it's a new build
- What the main material coming out will be
- Whether there's any concrete, shingles, storm debris or heavy clay involved
- Where you'd like the container to sit, and whether it's a driveway or a street spot
- A photo of that spot, taken from the street with the sky in frame
That last one saves more wasted deliveries than anything else. Low branches, wires and soft ground stop more placements than people expect.

Our yard is on East 14th Street in San Marcos, minutes from campus and the I-35 corridor, so we're right on the doorstep of the whole city and the county.

The yard is a working site rather than a customer counter, so please call before coming out. Almost everything can be settled on the phone in less time than the drive would take.
Booking and delivery questions
How much notice do you need for delivery?
Usually next day for a guaranteed slot, and often same day if a run is already heading your way, since the yard is right here in San Marcos. For the edges - toward Dripping Springs, Seguin or Canyon Lake - a little more notice helps.
Do you handle the local rules?
Yes. A container on your driveway is placed to meet the city's rules; a street placement is arranged with the City of San Marcos first; and we keep the debris routed the compliant way to a permitted Type IV landfill.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, between 8am and 1pm. Saturday slots fill first, so book ahead if you need one.
Do I need to be there for the delivery?
No, provided we have a clear description or photo of the spot and it's accessible. Most residential deliveries happen while the customer is out. On a tight or soft lot a photo from the street helps us plan the placement.
Where does my debris go?
Construction debris goes covered to a permitted Type IV landfill, where it is scaled and disposed of. Household recyclables, brush, tires and oil route to the Hays County recycling centers, and it's built into the flat rate.
What payment methods do you take?
Card and bank transfer for residential work. Contractor, commercial and property-management accounts are invoiced monthly on the usual terms. Payment is taken at booking for one-off residential rentals.
